dumbya, that total fuck up, has been told by the courts he can't detain people without charging them. This comes from a very conservative 4th circuit court of appeals. They said just calling them enemy combatants wasn't enough. They also said that, "to uphold such extraordinary power would effectively undermine all of the freedoms recognized by the Constitution"
That delusional, lying, war criminal, dumbya said that he still believed that his authority was absolute (note: this is from a TV report not the referenced article). this only proves that dumbya is totally out of touch with reality and needs to be impeached as he doesn't give a flying fuck about the constitution. dumbfuck did take an oath to protect the constitution, which he has totally violated. This in itself is an impeachable offense.
it's time for the congress to start impeachment actions against both dumbya and cheney. There is no question of that.
